Holy Train!

I think a little train on a dress can be lovely, especially as the bride is walking down the aisle and standing at the top saying her vows.  But, how about a 2 mile long train??

On Tuesday, Andree Salon (a Romanian design house) unveiled their couture wedding dress with a 1.85 mile-long train.  This French lace train took ten seamstresses one hundred days to create.

To show off the gown, they dangled the train from a hot air balloon.

This train broke the Guinness World Record!

When you try on your dress, it is important that you are comfortable and happy in the dress. Another thing (that sometimes gets overlooked) is making sure the back of your dress looks just as amazing as the front.  Because, when you're standing up at the altar, most of your guests will be staring at the back of your dress as they watch you say your vows.  I love when brides have something a little unexpected to show their guests (i.e. open lace, a giant bow, a super long train, etc.)
