The budget. Always an intimidating and stressful thing for a bride & groom as their planning their wedding day. Everything seems to be much more expensive then originally planned, your guest list is double your first guest, etc. Having a small budget is definitely hard, but not the end of your dream wedding. All it takes is a little creativity to do some DIY things, cutting down the guest list and maybe cutting down on that open bar you promised your college buddies.
Today we have a bride who took on a small budget and planned a gorgeous wedding with a big budget feel. She put her creativity to use and made everything from the centerpieces to the bridesmaid dresses herself. Plus her dress came from a charity trunk show giving proceeds to breast cancer - so great.

Congratulations to Ashley & Quinn! The couple exchanged their vows in the presence of close family and friends atop the gorgeous rolling hills of Nashville’s most popular wedding venue Front Porch Farms owned by Brian and Kathy Best. Located just outside of Nashville TN, this antebellum-style main house built by Brian Best is surrounded by beautiful gardens and the most breathtaking views. Get inspired by Ashley’s “do-it-yourself” attitude. From the centerpieces to the bouquet, this crafty bride is the perfect example of how to throw a fabulous themed and detailed wedding on a small budget. You’d be amazed at how much Ashley saved by not only making her centerpieces and bouquet, but also designing and making her bridesmaid’s dress and having homemade cakes and sweet treats instead of the traditional wedding cake. Her dress was a gem discovered at a charity trunk show with proceeds going toward breast cancer and her party favors were jars of homemade jam made by her grandmother. SO GOOD… we got 3 jars! With homemade jam and the perfect home cooked southern meal provided by Mrs. J’s Baking and Catering, Wedlock Images and the rest of Ashley and Quinn’s guests were raving and craving for more! Congrats again to Mr. and Mrs. Quinn White, we were amazed by the details and happily overwhelmed by the many photo ops your special day presented.
