[DIY] - Postcard Table Cards

How did you meet?  How did he propose?  Where was your first kiss?

All of these are important pieces to how you became a couple and why you're getting married.  Most of your guests probably know the stories, but it's still fun to share them with everyone.  A great way to incorporate these little stories into your wedding day is to name your tables and adding a story to each.  For example, name the table the location you had your first date and share the details.  An added picture is also a great touch.

Another way to do this, is with vintage postcards.  For their wedding, Susannah and Rob, did just that.  Susannah bought vintage Colorado postcards at local antique stores, scanned both sides, and printed them out on 8.5x11 cardstock in color.  She then had some crafty fun with glue, fancy scissors and photo corners to jazz up the printouts. As a finishing touch, the couple wrote on the backs of the postcards with memories that they have had in the different locations.

So much fun and a great touch for their Colorado wedding!
